The L.J.M. Vocal Studio approaches singing in a simple, fun & easy way; let’s break it down:
Our Three major pillars of learning: (1) vocal technique and flexibility (We will give you exercises that will increase vocal range and ease vocal tension), (2) musical theatre repertoire and audition preparation (getting you to audition ready! Together, we find songs that you love to sing), & (3) vocal health and sustainability. The LJM Studio Technique is holistic; we talk a lot about music and technique but it’s all about storytelling.
Lessons are either online or in person in New York City.

MY TRAINING:
Over 15 years of Private Voice Lessons; primarily in Opera & Musical Theatre. I myself continue to take voice lessons, being an actor/singer myself helps identify and problem-solve “performer” specific needs and wants.

My Fancy BFA Musical Theatre Degree from Marymount Manhattan College. I am finishing my IVA Certification as a Level 1 Voice Teacher. With a concentration in Vocal Pedagogy & Science.
I have interned and coached with several voice studios around the city and performance art programs; including BroadwayWorkshop in New York City. Feel free to ask me for my teaching resume!
